My Nokia C5 (connected as an MTP device) is not recognized in
banshee-1.9.6-1ubuntu1
In Rhythmbox is doesn't work as well, while it did work fine in
Rhythmbox on Maverick. This is a giant shortcoming for me, since I use
my pc ofter to transfer music.
Using 64bit version

Title:
Banshee doesn't detect MP3-Player
Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Binary package hint: banshee
Banshee does not show my iPod Nano (or Philips GoGear or Archos 104)
although it has been successfully detected and mounted by the os
itself. There is no problem with Banshee 1.9.5 from the PPA in Lucid,
it shows the sync button and according functions.
Add-Ins for Apple Devices, MTP and Mass Storage Devices are active.
Both Philips and Archos had been used with MTP and Mass-Storage-
Support.
