  Following procedure at
  http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/Hardware/ExpansionPorts/USB Banshee did
  not detect my mp3 player but it did appear in nautilus, can read and
  manage files as normal there.  Type of player: Coby MP601-620-707 IB.
