Banshee does now detect internal cd/dvd drive(s) as of 1.9.6 , so this
can be considered fixed

(there has and does continue to be issues with SOME external cd/dvd drives, though that was not the intent of this report
Had filed that some time ago directly to banshee but couldn't get other affected users to submit their drive info , so abandoned because it was /is of no great importance to me, may be to netbook users
