Reassigning to gstreamer, since Banshee uses that for output. It may be
an issue with pulseaudio though.

** Package changed: banshee (Ubuntu) => gst-plugins-good0.10 (Ubuntu)

Title:
crackling noise in the output after pausing

Status in “gst-plugins-good0.10” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: banshee

Sometimes after I've paused the playback the output has extra noise in
it, best described as random crackling sound. Restarting the app fixes
it, which makes me believe it's a bug in banshee.
