Problem does not occure when running "Classic Desktop with no effects".
So I guess it has something todo with the Compiz.

Title:
Cant fold/unfold code regions after main window has focus stolen.

Status in “monodevelop” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: monodevelop

When ever the main window of Monodevelop has it focus stolen, by
either a dialog window (even its own preferences window) or another
program, code folding and resizing of panels does not work anymore.

I can click the + icons in the code editor to fold/unfold but nothing
happens. With panel resize, the mouse changes from pointer to <->, but
I cant drag the divider. At least with code folding I can se the
editor window refresh, so I guess Monodevelop registeres the click.

To return Monodevelop to its original state I have to
  minimize/unminimize the main window.

Problem also occures when window is maximized. It also occures when
  running Classic Desktop mode.

I have also tried installing the lastest 2.4.2 release, and the
problem still occures. I have never seen the problem with Ubuntu 10.10
  or earlier version.
