Running commands without arguments is working, but it you need to pass
an argument it fails (presumably because of the URL encoding of the
space in the gvfs-open call?).
** Summary changed:
- command line programs not executed
+ command line programs with arguments not executed
--
command line programs with arguments not executed

Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-do
Since upgrading to Meerkat, Do no longer correctly executes command line programs.
To reproduce, invoke Do and type a command on your path, say: zenity --info and choose Run as the action. You should see a Zenity dialog appear, instead the following error is reported in ~/..xsession-errors:
> gvfs-open: file:///home/mjg/zenity%20--info: error opening location: Error stating file '/home/mjg/zenity --info': No such file or directory
