Bug description:

Ubuntu 8.10
tasque 0.1.6-1ubuntu1

Steps:
1. Type "It's good" into the New task... area
2. Press enter

Expected behavior:
- New item added to list

Actual behavior:
- Tasque crashes

Note also that if I enter "It''s good", tasque does not crash, and the new item appears as "It's good".
