Greetings,

Please sync smuxi 0.8-1 from experimental. This is a new upstream release which includes new features as well as many bug fixes.

 Rationale

 Upstream invested a lot of time and effort to produce top-quality ayatana
 integration with this release. notify-osd and the messaging menu are both
 fully supported and well integrated. There are also many other desirable
 features, such as proxy support, full screen support (ideal for netbooks), and
 SSL support. Also several important bugfixes, most notably adding support for
 OAuth authentication to Twitter. This should be considered a release critical
 bug fix as Twitter support will be nonfunctional without it.
