Banshee doesn't find covers

Bug description:
Binary package hint: banshee
See screenshot attached.
I expect Banshee to more or less automatically download and display cover art - or in my case use the cover.jpg images in album folders. It doesn't.
I have the "Cover Art Fetching" plugin enabled.
I can't see an option in the Tools menu to force cover art to be found.
Generally if I play a song from an album then the cover art for it is 'found'.
