[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 668206] [NEW] Default configuration (sound menu + panel)

Binary package hint: banshee

Banshee ought to ship in Ubuntu with a standard configuration - see
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoundMenu#Banshee

Important points:
- No panel icon (both Application Indicator and Notification Area Icon should be disabled by default)
- Sound menu integration enabled by default (well almost: the option should be off by default for a new user account, but should turn itself on automatically when you first play something or add items to the music library)
- Banshee should be altered to comply with the standard behavior: it should keep playing if closed while playing, it should exit if closed while not playing, and it should restore location and other state on relaunching.
