Bug description:
Binary package hint: docky

Docky is not currently obeying the 'start when computer starts' check box. I have the checkbox enabled, and it starts fine - but when other users log in, docky starts, but when you go into docky's settings for that user, 'start when computer starts' is not selected. This is also the case in the guest session, or any newly created user account. I dont think starting for new users or on first logon should be the default behaviour, as having docky on top of the default panel doesn't look very good, and can be pretty confusing if you've not seen docky before.
