Tasque can be started minimised by using tasque --quiet.
Regarding the authorisation problem: is it still an issue using a recent version of Tasque/Ubuntu?

Bug description:
Binary package hint: tasque

Everytime I login to Ubuntu(I have Tasque set to auto start every session) I must authorize it to use RTM. If possible it would be better if it could be made to only have to authorize once. Also I think it would be quite nice if there was a feature to autominimize Tasque to the notification area on startup
