Bug description:
Binary package hint: f-spot

I do the following:
1. turn camera on 
2. plug in camera to port
3. when asked what app. I want to use to lauch, click on Open F-spot photo manager
4. f-spot window pops up but blank
5. then recieve error message:  Error connecting to camera "Error writing th the port"

I am a beginner Ubuntu user and love it until this. So please keep it simple.
