FWIW, I am moving the experimental branch to trunk for the following
reasons.

1) It's the only version under development at this point.
2) The code is stable.

I'll try to put together a source tarball soon as well as a .deb

Binary package hint: gnome-rdp

0.2.3 (latest version with source tarball available) and apparently also current trunk use Mono.Data.SqliteClient, wich was removed  in mono 2.8 release:

As 2.8 is available in Gentoo, people using it can not compile/install gnome-rdp anymore:
