i've found a fix for banshee to run without RGBA
you shoul add Banshee to RGBA blacklist

gedit ~/.profile

add these two lines :

export GTK_MODULES=rgba
export GTK_RGBA_APPS=allbut:Banshee

When launching banshee, the window appears shortly and then closes.
