Bug description:
Binary package hint: tangerine

When attempting to open tangerine-properties on Karmic or Lucid as at 8 Feb 2010, I get the following error message:

Unhandled Exception: System.DllNotFoundException: libgobject-2.0.dll
  at (wrapper managed-to-native) Tangerine.IconThemeUtils:g_type_class_peek (intptr)
  at Tangerine.IconThemeUtils.SetWindowIcon (Gtk.Window window, System.String iconName) [0x00000] 
  at Tangerine.IconThemeUtils.SetWindowIcon (Gtk.Window window) [0x00000] 
  at Tangerine.PropertiesWindow..ctor () [0x00000] 
  at Tangerine.EntryPoint.Main () [0x00000] 

The program aborts without displaying a window.
