This bug was fixed in the package muine - 0.8.11-4ubuntu1

  * Replace all references to old homepage with links to the new homepage as the
    old one has been taken over by domain squatters (LP: #570209)
    - debian/patches/02_muine_homepage_ubuntu.patch: Update all links in the
      upstream source. Thanks to Jon Downland for this patch.
    - debian/control, debian/copyright: Update URL
