Bug description:
Binary package hint: f-spot
I'm trying to import about 1700 photos from an NFS share, and annoyingly the "import" button of the import dialog is disabled and seems that it will remain disabled until all the image thumbnails have loaded in the import dialog.
At 1 per second this is going to take half an hour just to be able to click the import button - and then probably go through it all again as it does the actual import.
Please allow the import to work while the thumbnails are being generated - sometimes people just want to import a large folder and don't want to inspect each thumbnail "just to be sure".
