Bug description:
The painters can be drawn larger than the screen.  They need to be forced to fit.

For example, at 128px dock size with Wunderground as your weather source (so you have 6 days of forecast), the weather painter winds up drawing off screen.

Painter size is set by the dock, so the dock needs to ensure painters stay on screen.
