Accepted docky into lucid-proposed, the package will build now and be
available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See

Bug description:
It appears that any IconDockItem that uses an SVG has its path hardcoded.  When an icon theme change occurs, this path is not updated and thus the icon is not updated on the dock.
