Seriously though, we will need more than this if you want some help.
What version of Ubuntu are you using?  Also, can you please open a
terminal and type "uname -srm" (without the quotes) and copy and paste
the output.  What version of Banshee are you using?  Finally, please
provide a detailed list of steps to reproduce this bug.
