Same for me. But the sync fails thereafter.

An error message pops up and tells me that the sync failed. In the
details it seems everything went fine though. After the failed sync, new
notes show up in the UbuntuOne web-interface, old ones (that where there
already when I enabled syncing) not. It also seems, that some Notes
where already on the server, because the error box tells me about
incompatibilities and wants to rename notes although there are no notes
in the web interface.
