It's already uploaded, just with the because of the wrong bug number,
the Janitor couldn't close it on the upload.  I'll try and fix it in the
changelog whenever I do the next upload.

  Paul, there is a small typo in openBVE's package description in Maverick. In the first line of the third paragraph the "s" is missing from the word "based".
