Title:
ID3 or ID3v2 tags do not display non-ascii characters properly

Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: banshee

This looks like reading windows encodings as utf-8, for example, the playlist shows 'Así es el calor' instead of 'Así es el calor'.
