Sandy, I just submitted the attached patch to the Ubuntu package,
because I didn't think it was interesting for upstream, but if you think
so, let me know and I'll commit it to git master

On fresh installs of Ubuntu, a note introducing Ubuntu One and notes synchronization should be displayed along with the other default Tomboy notes.
