[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 569784] [NEW] keybindings do not work if window too small

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tomboy

* create a new note
* make sure the window is large enough to display the "Text" menu
* type some text in the note
* select the text
* press ctrl+b and observe the texts becomes bold
* press ctrl+b again to restore the font weight to normal

* reduce the vertical window width so that the "Text" menu is no longer visible
* select the text again
* press ctrl+b and note that tomboy fails to respond to the keybinding

* restore the window width, so that the "Text" menu is visible agains
* observe that the keybindings work properly again

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
