That's probably not supported, anyways the bug is an upstream one and it
would be quite helpful if somebody interested on the issue could send
the bug the to the people writing the software. You can learn more

Bug description:
Binary package hint: f-spot
Gmail in chromium and firefox 3.6 now supports drag and drop of attachments.
It works fine from nautilus -- drag an image over a compose page and you get a green area to drop it on.
Dragging from f-spot fails -- gmail doesn't seem to realise there is anything suitable to drop, so does not create the green drop zone.
This is with f-spot on Ubuntu Lucid Lynx:
