Now that I think about it, this is actually urgent.  Builds of packages
that depend on g-k-s will be missing the dependency until this has been
fixed!

Please sync gnome-keyring-sharp 1.0.0-3 (main) from Debian sid (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu package was taken from pkg-cli-libs svn; Debian package 1.0.0-3 
incorporates all these changes.

This fixes an important bug which causes incorrect dependencies in packages
which should depend on libgnome-keyring1.0-cil.
