This is not a duplicate of bug #403135, because this bug does not affect
individual apps, but light-themes(both) and dust theme(not dust-sand).
Please take look at this bug(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/light-themes/+bug/538853). I think, that this bug is similar with mine.
