This seems to be an issue with Mono itself rather than Ubuntu
specifically, so I'd strongly recommend talking to upstream directly via
their Bugzilla - not because I don't think it's a bug worth spending my
time on, but because they're far more likely to be able to help you -
and it's only going to waste your time if you need to wait for me to act
as a go-between relaying messages backwards and forwards rather than
skipping the middle-man.
