Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: tomboy
This *might* be a bug in Tomboy, or Ubuntu One, but in essence:
* Set your local timezone to EST
* Create a note on the Ubuntu One site, write something, save it
* Sync in tomboy
* The time is initially displayed correctly (local time is 20:54), but then changes after a second to the incorrect (future) time.
Screenshot attached.
