Well, today's update..

I mean, I did this morning

sudo apt-get update

and then sudo apt-get upgrade

and now banshee works. 
I suppose they did some changes in karmic repositories between monday and today so now it works.
By the way, i'm using amd64 karmic version.
If you need further informations, don't hesitate to ask :)
