Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: monodevelop

I was just trying monodevelop, I have selected VB because it's the
language I am most familiar, when trying to build a default project it
just failed, the error message refered the "vbnc" command, however it
didn't show the specific error.

I have found that vbnc was not installed, eventually mono-vbnc should be
set as recommended ?
