[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 373644] [NEW] Generated tarballs do not include .desktop files

Binary package hint: monodevelop

Creating .desktop files and setting its options to be deployed to ".desktop
application folder" makes no difference, and tarballs are created ignoring the
file as if it never existed.
This used to be working fine on 1.0, but since 2.0 it's not any more.
