[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 342465] [NEW] Rating Menu Item not Shown Properly on Themes with Darks Menus

As you will see in the screenshot attached, The Rating menu item is not
shown as intended when using Themes with dark menus. I do not know is
this is an issue with the theme. If not, then you should use the Text
color constants for drawing the stars.
