I am also getting this problem:

Wireshark shows a 'RST/ACK' from 195.24.233.48
This relates to issue (kingpin5.lastfm.com refusing connections) more information at URL:

This would appear to be due to a change in the API announcement (The Future of Last.fm Radio APIs) made at URL:
