Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: tomboy
(Kubuntu Karmic Alpha 2; KDE 4.2.90; Tomboy 0.15.0-0ubuntu1)
I use a font size 8pt for all system fonts. I have specified this font
size in KDE's system settings and also for gtk apps using gtk-theme-
switch2. I use the qtcurve widget style for a unified appearance.
However, in Tomboy, the contents of a note are still shown in a larger font size (11pt or so), making it quite ugly to look at.
All widget fonts (menu, toolbar, context menu, labels, etc.) in tomboy are nice and small as in all other applications, it's just the actual note contents that don't adhere to the system-wide setting.
I have just now discovered you can manually change the font size by
using the "custom font" option in Tomboy's preferences dialog, but when
this option is deactivated I think it really would be sensible to adhere
to the system's default font size instead of using a hard-coded 11pt.
** Affects: tomboy (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
