[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 319866] [NEW] libmono-cairo2.0-cil doesn't provide mono-cairo.pc

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mono

libmono-cairo2.0-cil does not include a mono-cairo.pc.  This makes
building f-spot against it difficult :).

I'll ask the Debian mono team if there's any particular reason for this.
