For whatever reason, monodevelop-java's clean rule calls configure - so
debuild only works if monodevelop is installed.

However, the attached debdiff is the final piece of Monodevelop as far
as what's in the archive is concerned. There are other packages (two
debugger plugins, plus a plugin for the Vala language) for extra
functionality not found in the current Monodevelop 1.0 in the archive
