Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tomboy

I have a note called "illocutionary act". If I write the words
"illocutionary act" in another note, I get a link. But if I write "the "
before the words I get NO link. I'm attaching a screenshot.

Leaving two spaces between the article "the" and the adjective
"illocutionary" results in the note being created. Using any article
other than "the" also allows the note to be created.
