[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 358992] [NEW] Drop-down buttons should activate on press, not release

Binary package hint: tomboy

Tomboy dropdown buttons (text, tools, notebook) should open the dropdown
on press, so that the whole operation can be performed in one click:

-Press to open dropdown, release to chose desired option.

The current method requires twice as many clicks:

-Press, release to open dropdown, then press-release to chose desired
option.

All dropdowns, as well as Pidgin's dropdown buttons, follow the
suggested method.
