Thanks for taking the time to file the bug. By the looks of it, you are
using the Banshee Team PPA packages? Looks to me like I forgot to put a
"Conflicts: monodoc-banshee-manual" in debian/control. Either way, with
1.4.0 which will be released soon, the packages have been renamed back
to "banshee" and "monodoc-banshee-manual", and will hence supersede the
Banshee 0.13.2 release.

I'm marking this bug invalid, because the Banshee Team PPA packages are
not supported by Ubuntu, and so it is not relevant to this bug tracker.
