[ubuntu-mono] Mono 2.0 on Ubuntu 8.10

Hi,

I just installed Ubuntu 8.10 Desktop on my Sony Laptop.

I would like to run the F# interactive compiler on it but I was told that it
needs Mono 2.0.

 

Could you tell me what is the easiest way to install Mono 2.0 on it? Do I
need to download the source and build it? If yes could you tell me what
other packages I need.
