Confirmed on gutsy.
Steps to cause the bug:
1) Open tomboy
2) In the notes section, not the heading type Ubuntu.
3) Ubuntu will be highlighted red.
Here is the ourput of dpkg -l tomboy:
jon at jon-laptop-ubuntu:~$ dpkg -l tomboy

Changed status to confirmed, probably a low priority bug.
To be fair you can just add it to the dictionary.
To do this do the following:
1) right click the work Ubuntu.
2) Highlight spelling suggestions
3) choose add Ubuntu to dictionary
