[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 200255] [NEW] File/Edit Don't Translate to Dutch

Public bug reported:

The File/Edit menu items in F-Spot don't translate to Dutch.

The included file is a dpatch, which modifies the dutch .po file. The
patch has been tested and seems to work just fine.

The patch also translates a menu item for the DevelopInUFRaw extension.

I've also submitted this patch to the F-Spot bugzilla.

I'd really appreciate it if this patch would make it into Hardy!
