Same issue here with Xubuntu Hardy. I can start tomboy from the
console, it does however give the message "Tomboy remote control
disabled (DBus exception): Unable to open the session message bus." Then
when I close the application I receive a seg fault (core dump).
When trying to start it from the menu it never runs. I took a look in
/usr/share/applications and the exec line in the .desktop file is
"tomboy --search". When I try running that from the console it won't
even start, just gives the DBus exception.
