I can confirm this. It happens exactly the same way on mine too. If the
wrong password is entered once, the application simply crashes when
"Export to Picasaweb" is clicked, unless the password is removed from
the Key Ring. Otherwise if the password is correct, when trying to
upload a picture, it either crashes or displays a dialog that says
something like 0% of file completed and stays that way for a long time
and then crashes.
