Thanks for your bug report, this bug report is a duplicate of bug 127315
that F-spot by default uses the hardcoded "photos" directory rather than
using the xdg-user-dirs spec which allows for localised directory names.

   F-Spot puts photos in Photos folder not Pictures folder
