[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 184109] When a sync method is configured tomboy could offer to sync now

Binary package hint: tomboy

Hi,

In the dialog when the user has set up a sync method it
could prompt to perform a sync now, as that would be
the usual next step.

There could also me a synchronise now button on that
page of the preferences.
