workaround: download this http://fr2.rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/opensuse/10.3/noarch/mono-basic-1.2.5-15.noarch.html
and then sudo alien rpm-file
install that and that's it
nonetheless it would be kind to integrate the deb package!
